{"id":2161,"date":"2019-07-17T13:20:02","date_gmt":"2019-07-17T12:20:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unitedwelsh.com\/?p=2161"},"modified":"2021-08-31T11:49:10","modified_gmt":"2021-08-31T10:49:10","slug":"new-directors-for-united-welsh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.harmonihomes.com\/cy\/blog\/new-directors-for-united-welsh\/","title":{"rendered":"New Directors for United Welsh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two new directors have joined the Executive Team at United Welsh.<\/p>\n<p>Neil Chidgey has been appointed as the Group Director of Finance and Huw Davies has been appointed as Director of Resources.<\/p>\n<p>Neil was previously the Commercial Director of Celtic Horizons which undertakes all the asset management of United Welsh\u2019s almost 6,000 homes while Huw was Head of IT at the Caerphilly-based housing association.<\/p>\n<p>Neil who has more than 20-years\u2019 experience in the built environment arena with previous roles as a Finance Director and Group Financial Controller will also be a member of the United Welsh Board.<\/p>\n<p>Huw brings private sector experience to the team having provided IT solutions to the Logistics and Manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining United Welsh, Huw carried out a technology transformation programme for one of Wales\u2019 leading digital and media agencies.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Executive of United Welsh Lynda Sagona said, \u201cBoth Neil and Huw bring significant experience and expertise to the Executive Team and I am very much looking forward to working with them in their new roles as they help us to continue to take the business forward.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am particularly delighted to have been able to make two internal appointments from within the Group, demonstrating the level of talent we have in our business.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Richard Mann who is the Group Director of Operations has also been appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive of United Welsh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two new directors have joined the Executive Team at United Welsh.
