{"id":2886,"date":"2020-05-11T14:43:39","date_gmt":"2020-05-11T13:43:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.harmonihomes.com\/cy\/?p=2886"},"modified":"2021-08-31T11:37:48","modified_gmt":"2021-08-31T10:37:48","slug":"hundreds-of-new-homes-for-south-wales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.harmonihomes.com\/cy\/blog\/hundreds-of-new-homes-for-south-wales\/","title":{"rendered":"Hundreds of New Homes for South Wales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hundreds of much needed homes will be built in South Wales after Caerphilly-based housing association United Welsh agreed a \u00a350 million loan with Scottish Widows.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement with Scottish Widows will see United Welsh borrow \u00a350m at a highly competitive fixed rate of less than 2.5% for 30 years.<\/p>\n<p>The loan will enable United Welsh to build 700 new properties, contributing to the Government\u2019s target to build 20,000 new affordable homes.
