For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help with food shopping<\/li>\n<li>Cooking meals to help neighbours<\/li>\n<li>Friendly chats over the phone to check how someone is doing<\/li>\n<li>Collecting and delivering prescriptions<\/li>\n<li>Help with the internet or video calls<\/li>\n<li>Keeping others safe<\/li>\n<li>Helping people to adapt their life or business to social distancing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Is there someone you would like to say a big THANK YOU to for the kindness they have shown to you or others during the pandemic?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>If yes, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedwelsh.com\/forms\/i-find-you-kind-form\/\"><u>tell us your kindness story here<\/u><\/a> and we will:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Thank people by choosing stories to share with a big THANK YOU on social media<\/li>\n<li>Send a kindness keepsake to the person you want to thank by post (if you have consent to share their address).
