{"id":3247,"date":"2020-08-03T08:18:28","date_gmt":"2020-08-03T07:18:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.harmonihomes.com\/cy\/?p=3247"},"modified":"2021-08-31T11:34:01","modified_gmt":"2021-08-31T10:34:01","slug":"repairs-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.harmonihomes.com\/cy\/blog\/repairs-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Repairs update"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>As lockdown continues to ease, Celtic Horizons is continuing to work with protective measures in place to keep tenants and staff safe.<\/h5>\n<p>As of today (Monday 3<sup>rd<\/sup> August), we are taking and booking calls for routine maintenance, but as we continue to work through a large backlog of outstanding repairs, new bookings for non-essential repairs may need to wait a little longer than normal.<\/p>\n<p>We really appreciate your patience at this challenging time and thank you for working with us.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8aYvBDYv1f8\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>For your repairs appointments to be held safely, we will:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Call you the day before your appointment to check you are symptom free and check our operative is symptom free<\/li>\n<li>The operative will wear PPE and will remove all wipes, gloves and tools when finished<\/li>\n<li>If you would like the operative to wear a full suit in addition to their mask, gloves and shoe covers, please let us know<\/li>\n<li>Hands will be washed before and after all appointments<\/li>\n<li>When the operative arrives, open the door, stand back and don\u2019t shake their hand.
