We would like to update all our tenants about the way Celtic Horizons is working as a result of the Coronavirus situation affecting the whole country.
As ever our priority is about keeping everyone, including you, as safe as possible.
If you already have an appointment with Celtic Horizons to do some repair work it will happen but emergency and urgent repair requests will need to take priority so it may take longer than normal for the work to be completed.
If you want to make an appointment to have some work done please be aware that, at the moment, only emergency and urgent repairs will be given times and dates. Anything else will be logged but, unfortunately, we cannot tell you when it will be done. You should expect a call back within the next four months.
We are asking tenants to please adhere to all social distancing and hygiene guidelines when our trade teams are in your homes. So please keep at least 2 metres away from our operatives if possible and obviously ensure that you are washing your hands regularly. Please also let our operatives know if you have an underlying health conditions or are self isolating before they enter your home.
