As we change the way we live and work to prevent the further spread of Covid-19 caused by coronavirus, we want to do everything we can to help keep you and our people safe.
We know that this is a really worrying time for everyone and you will have concerns about how you can pay your rent but please don’t worry. We are here to help and together we can work through any problems you might have.
Our Income and Money Advice team is working remotely to support tenants and are still available to talk to you if you are struggling. To make things easier while we all socially distance, the team can also help you to change the way you pay rent.
So for example, if you’re not able to get out to the Post Office or a PayPoint, or in case places like banks and Post Offices have to close for a short time, the team can help you to setup a Direct Debit so you don’t have to worry.
