Development
United Welsh will be creating 23 homes on the former Infants School site in Sirhowy.
The development has received Welsh Government funding of just under £2.1m from the Social Housing Grant Programme.
Working in partnership with Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and Pendragon, United Welsh will be developing 4 one-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom apartments, 13 two-bedroom houses and 4 three-bedroom houses, at a cost of over £2.8m.
United Welsh Group Director of Operations Richard Mann said: “We are delighted to be working with Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and the Welsh Government to provide these much-needed new homes.
“It is very rewarding to keep delivering sustainable homes for local people and creating new communities.”
