Overview

The Wingfield development will bring 32 new homes to land at the rear of Wingfield Terrace, along Plasturtwyn Terrace in Llanbradach, Caerphilly.

As well as helping to meet the local demand for housing, the Wingfield development will also bring wider benefits for the local community, such as jobs and training opportunities on site.

28 of the properties will be available for social rent with United Welsh for prospective tenants on the Caerphilly Council Common Housing Register.

These include:

• Six one-bedroom apartments
• 15 two-bedroom houses
• Six three-bedroom houses
• One four-bedroom house

Four homes will also be sold by our Harmoni Homes brand, offering first-time buyers a more affordable way to get on the property ladder with a smaller deposit and mortgage.
